Bond Advisory
1. Nature of Services
Bond Advisory (“Company”) provides non-clinical, non-therapeutic consulting and advisory services focused on personal development, communication, leadership presence, interpersonal effectiveness, and strategic life alignment.
The Company does not provide therapy, counseling, psychological services, medical treatment, or any licensed healthcare services. No advisor-client relationship, therapist-patient relationship, or fiduciary relationship is formed.
2. Eligibility
Services are available only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and who possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
3. Payment Terms
All fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of services. Payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Fees cover access to advisory time, preparation, scheduling, and reserved consulting capacity.
4.First-Month Guarantee
As a premium welcome benefit, new paid clients are eligible for a one-time, first-month satisfaction guarantee.
If, within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial purchase, a client determines that the services are not a suitable fit, the client may submit a written request via email for either:
(a) a full refund of fees paid, or
(b) one additional month of advisory services at no cost.Requests must be submitted in writing to contact@bondadvisory.com within the thirty (30) day period.
This guarantee applies only to the initial purchase and may be exercised once per client.
After the expiration of this initial guarantee period, all fees are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage, participation level, or perceived outcomes.
5. No Guarantees or Representations
The Company makes no representations or guarantees regarding specific results, outcomes, personal transformations, professional success, relationship outcomes, or life changes. Results vary based on individual circumstances, effort, and external factors beyond the Company’s control.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Engage respectfully and professionally with advisors and staff
Provide accurate information relevant to advisory sessions
Take full responsibility for decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from participation
The Company reserves the right to refuse service or limit engagement if a client behaves inappropriately or violates professional boundaries.
7. Confidentiality
All client information shared during advisory engagements is treated as confidential and used solely for service delivery purposes, except where disclosure is required by law or permitted for operational, legal, or compliance reasons.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bond Advisory shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of its services. Clients acknowledge that all decisions, actions, and interpretations are made at their own discretion and risk.
9. Termination of Services
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend services at its sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms or misuse of services. Except as expressly provided in Section 4, termination does not entitle the client to any refund.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
