Bond Advisory

1. Nature of Services

The Company provides non-clinical consulting and advisory services focused on personal development, communication, and leadership strategy.
The Company does not provide therapy, counseling, psychological services, or medical treatment.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old.

3. Payment Terms

Payment must be completed prior to the start of services.
Due to the immediate allocation of consulting resources, all fees are final and non-refundable.

4. No Guarantees

The Company does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to engage respectfully with advisors and adhere to professional communication standards.

6. Confidentiality

Information provided by clients is kept private except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bond Advisory is not responsible for decisions made or actions taken by clients nor for any interpersonal interactions influenced by the consulting process.

8. Termination

The Company may terminate services at its discretion.
No refunds will be issued.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State unless otherwise required.
