A Letter From Your Coach
From Lara Washington
Executive Coach & Personal Development Advisor
For more than two decades, I’ve dedicated my career to helping leaders become more effective—emotionally, intellectually, and interpersonally. My path began in finance and consulting, where I worked with organizations such as PwC, HUD, the GSA, and the CIA. Later, I led strategic development and operations for one of the largest affordable housing portfolios in Western Pennsylvania, ultimately serving as President of AHRCO for nearly twenty years.
Along the way, I earned degrees from Brown University and Stanford University, where I completed both my MBA and M.Ed. I’ve served on corporate boards, chaired committees, led governance initiatives, and advised executives across industries—from finance and government to real estate and philanthropy.
But in every role I’ve held, one truth has remained consistent:
People don’t succeed because of their résumé.
They succeed because of their clarity, communication, and emotional intelligence.
And that’s the work I love most.
At Bond Advisory, I coach high-achieving individuals who want to strengthen the areas of life that matter most—how they communicate, how they lead, how they build trust, and how they show up in their personal and professional relationships.
My coaching style is grounded in:
Strategic insight shaped by decades of leadership
Direct, honest feedback delivered with empathy
Clarity that helps clients see what they couldn’t see alone
Actionable guidance for real, lasting growth
Clients come to me for help navigating transitions, elevating their presence, deepening their emotional awareness, improving relationship skills, and developing the confidence that supports meaningful long-term success.
This is not therapy.
This is not generic coaching.
This is executive-level personal advisory - a private space to think clearly, communicate effectively, and create alignment in the most important areas of your life.
If you choose to work with me, you’ll have a thoughtful partner in your corner—someone who listens deeply, challenges constructively, and helps you grow into the strongest version of yourself.
I’m honored to do this work, and I look forward to supporting you.
Warmly,
Lara Washington
